So many things happening here, I should probably put more detailed instructions somewhere, but in summary.
I liked the Diorama card format shown in the SCS resources page (Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers, and modified to use the Nestabilities Labels 1 (biggest/2nd biggest nesties) for the card itself. I "sanded" the SU whisper white with Tim Holtz' distress ink to (hopefully) create a building exterior coloring.
I combined pieces of a lot of sets, layering in the diorama card to try and create a view from the street POV - lady sitting on a bench, in front of a cafe, where another lady (in blue-from Window Shopping) is entering.
I paper pieced all the clothes and instead of chicks added in a cup of coffee and a present for our girl. And since I didn't want to leave her headless for this, I modified the hat from Can ya Dig It.
When I was looking at it straight on, I realized there was a gap at the bottom, so I added some embossed flower rims from Annie's Be Calm stamp.
Hope people enjoy viewing as much as I enjoyed making.
